Tyson is a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach offering 1on1 training, small group training (2 to 5 people), online training plans (delivered via the Trainerize app), and customized nutrition coaching focused on sustainability/behavioural change. He works with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Tyson’s training methods combine the scientific principles of strength training, conditioning, and injury prevention to help people move better, feel better, lose fat, be confident, and build the mental and physical resilience to tackle all of life’s challenges.
Tyson is a graduate of the Fitness & Health Promotion Program at St. Lawrence College who has been training since 2013. He is a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and a Level 1 Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition.
Tyson has experience with a wide variety of sports and other types of training which allows him to provide his clients with a quality training experience. He has competed in hockey, baseball, 5k-half marathon running events, and soon to be Olympic Weightlifting. He has also enjoy cycling, gymnastics, golf, tennis, and hiking.
FUN FACT: In 2014 Tyson hiked 305km from Kingston to Ottawa on the Rideau Trail to raise money for the Boys & Girls Club of Kingston.
