What is Graston Therapy?
Graston therapy is a soft tissue technique involving stainless steel instruments to break up scar tissue and fascial adhesions. It is an effective therapy to treat muscle, tendon and ligament injuries, as well as post operative scarring. Graston is a very popular technique whether you’re a high performance athlete, a weekend warrior, or you are battling through the demands of a day at work.

Conditions That Can Be Effectively Treated with Graston
Sports Injuries
We treat many sports-related injuries such as sprains, strains, concussions, and a variety of muscle and joint injuries. Laser therapy and Graston can help return an athlete to their sport sooner by accelerating the healing of these injuries.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by chronic compression of the median nerve, which causes numbness and tingling in the hand. Bound by bones and ligaments, the carpal tunnel is a narrow passageway located on the palm side of your wrist. This tunnel protects a main nerve to your hand and the nine tendons that bend your fingers. Compression of the nerve produces the numbness, tingling and, eventually, hand weakness that characterizes carpal tunnel syndrome. Carpal tunnel syndrome is often misdiagnosed, but can easily be treated with Graston technique.
