Virginia graduated from Queen’s University with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, and Bachelor degrees in Biology and Life Sciences. She is passionate about helping people of all ages find ways to stay active despite injury and pain, and enjoys helping people discover what their bodies are capable of, both in recovery and performance.

Virginia provides physiotherapy services to help rehabilitate patients with a variety of conditions, from acute musculoskeletal injuries to persistent/ chronic pain. She also helps patients manage more complex issues such as cardiorespiratory, neurological, and rheumatological conditions.

Virginia’s primary treatment approach incorporates education, strength and conditioning, sport-specific approaches, and manual therapy, to guide patients back to doing what they love. She is also rostered for oxygen titration, and can help home oxygen users manage their oxygen requirements. Virginia believes independence is the key to long-lasting results, and empowers her patients with knowledge to make sustainable changes in their lives.

Virginia was previously a competitive badminton player, and now enjoys Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, running, and snowboarding.

FUN FACT: Prior to pursuing physiotherapy, Virginia spent most of her 20s living and working in South Korea!
