Tim comes to Quarry Chiropractic & Wellness Centre with over 14 years of experience as a personal trainer and meditation teacher. 

Tim prides himself on helping busy people move, feel, and look their best. He does this through his minimalist and well rounded approach to fitness; designing programs that fit into people’s lives with ease. 

Tim’s passionate about helping people get over their nagging aches and pains, while getting stronger in order to live their most vibrant life.

Outside of his in gym training, Tim is also a published fitness writer, having been featured in various digital and physical publications. 

Training with Tim often involves a mixture of improving movement, building strength, reducing stress, and having some laughs while you’re at it. 

Fun Fact: Tim has worked in professional wrestling shows in his teenage years
