Sean isn’t a fan of speaking in the 3rd person. But Sean thinks it’s probably pretty important to know a little bit about him.
Sean is a Coach and Personal Trainer. He originally started coaching CrossFit and then developed a passion for helping clients address roadblocks and limitations. Sean is a stubborn individual and is committed to finding solutions that work for his clients. Sean works with clients 1-on-1, in small groups, and remotely. He also trains sports teams, in a more individualized form than is common in the industry.
Sean graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada with a degree in Computer Science. If you have a computer issue, Sean would be happy to tell you to turn it on and off again. Outside of work Sean enjoys golfing and watching sports.
FUN Fact: Sean cannot lift as much as Mike.
