An Ottawa native, Dante is fluently bilingual in his practice and graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
He has been heavily involved in the soccer world as a former player and coach for Capital United Soccer Club (CUSC) in Ottawa, recruited player on a professional European reserve team in Romania, and Varsity soccer player for 5 years at Western University. His time on and off the soccer field has allowed him to appreciate and understand the rehabilitation process from both the athlete and the physiotherapist’s perspectives. Furthermore, his experience preparing and implementing pre-season training programs for competitive youth and senior soccer teams has given him a solid base in strength and conditioning.
Dante believes in providing individualised care with patient-oriented goals and has completed training in Manual Therapy, Acupuncture/Dry Needling, and Concussion Management. As an experienced runner, he can provide return-to-run programs for injured runners as well as programs for novice and experienced runners, he can make shoe recommendations and also provide specific strength and mobility exercises to help you recover from or prevent common running injuries.
Today, Dante enjoys running, cycling and triathlons, and has competed in the Boston Marathon and the Mont Tremblant 70.3 Half Ironman.
